Best Thanksgiving Dinner Ever
Hola todos! I hope you all had a super awesome Thanksgiving! Today was a bit crazy and I don't have much time, so I thought I'd just say a few things I'm thankful for...
I'm thankful for the member family that had us over for Thanksgiving dinner. It was a nice plate of fries with a fried egg on top. Sorry mom, it might have been the best Thanksgiving dinner I've ever had.
I'm thankful for the bank worker that I had to negotiate with for 30 minutes. One of the new gringos lost his personal credit card in an ATM. Since he didn't have an account with this particular bank, they weren't too inclined to give it back to him without any form of identification. I'm happy to say it worked, and he now has his credit card.
I'm thankful for my beast companion, and when he unknowingly bought Rum ice cream this week. I'm also thankful for his positivity, and that I get to preach the Gospel with one of my good friends.
I'm thankful for my friends for their examples to me. I'm thankful to my family for their constant love and support.
I'm thankful for my Savior. For His sacrifice for me. That He's always there for me. That He has provided me a way to live with my family forever. And I'm thankful for this opportunity to share His gospel to these wonderful people of Bolivia!!
Alma 34:38 "...and that ye live in thanksgiving daily, for the many mercies and blessings which he doth bestow upon you."
