Week two of home MTC was great! I love my district, and am grateful for their good examples to me. We all struggled together this week with more Spanish, but we're workin' on it! I really like our daily district zoom calls where we just laugh and show off our various talents. One of the highlights of the classes this week was when our teacher had a terrible internet connection, so she made me the host of the call just in case it kicked her off. It's funny how much joy you find in controlling all of the breakout rooms, everyone's names, and turning on and off their mic and camera when you're stuck at a computer for six hours a day...good times!
Ok the REAL highlight of this week was receiving my temporary assignment! Until Bolivia starts giving visas, I will be serving in the Jacksonville, Florida mission Spanish speaking!! I am soooo excited to serve in Florida, and I'm definitely hoping to live through a hurricane or two or at least tame a couple wild gators. The work stays the same no matter where you are!
¡Dios los ama a todos!
