Hey everyone! This week was pretty great but I don't have the most time so it might be a little summarized.
Anyways, transfers happened and sadly Elder Youngberg will be leaving me to go double in to an area and train. He is an amazing missionary and I'm so thankful for all the good times we had and everything I've learned from him!
My new companion is Elder Sherwood! He is awesome. I've been on exchanges with him before and he is a super hard worker, is a great people person and is just a super solid and funny guy! I'm way pumped for these next two transfers with him!
We had a bunch of miracles this last week but I'm just going to share two.The first one was on Tuesday when we had exchanges with Jakobsberg. I was with the one and only Elder Jordan and at the last part of our day we had planned to go by some people that have been taught by missionaries before. We were a little disappointed to find out that the person that we thought to go by had a port coded apartment. We did our best to find in the area and went by another person. We actually had this lady's number and called her and she answered and let us in. We got to know her, addressed her concerns and set up another time to come back and teach her again!
The second miracle was with a guy that we are teaching named Wuang. He is awesome and loves the church and the ward here and everything but has just been hesitant about being baptized. We met him with a member and taught him the gospel of Jesus Christ. Halfway through the lesson the member just looked at Wuang and told him "you are ready". The spirit was super strong and as we discussed it more, he really felt like now was the time. The coolest part of the lesson was how we told him to trust in the feelings and spiritual confirmations that he has received and to have faith in the answers he has received. He felt the spirit so strong and wanted to go home and pray about if it was right. At the end he had a super powerful prayer and we are excited to follow up with him!
It was also All Saints Day here in Sweden where everyone goes to their family members' graves and sets candles by them to remember them. We went and it had such a cool feeling with it. I'm so thankful for the Plan of Salvation!
I love you all and I'll send some pics! I know that this is Christ's church and that there is no greater joy than coming unto Him and helping others come unto Him.
