Hello Ladies, Gentlemen, Family, Friends, and whoever else you may be!
Week 3 at the MTC went by far the fastest. My Dad once told me to remember the proverb; "...days like weeks and weeks like days". I'm definitely feeling a sense of time warpage here...
Speaking of dates and times and weeks and so on, the MTC is getting ~600 new missionaries today! that's 27 coming to our zone alone. That's at least 3 new districts. Ay Caramba!
In other news, we had Elder Gary E. Stephenson come and address us at the provo MTC last night, and it was quite an amazing experience. He had an awesome sense of humor, and made us feel pretty proud to be missionaries. The Choir did a pretty bang up job to with "The first vision" considering the fact that we learned it in 1 day with 2 different directors. Fun stuff!
Other than that, it's been another week at the MTC with about 9 hours of classes a day and all of it in a language-- it still blows my mind that I'm able to teach and to help people in another language, one that is not my own. We were teaching a family over Skype native to Cordoba Argentina this week, and they were the absolute best. When we weren't laughing, we tears were being shed over how emotional it was. It was an absolute thrill!
Anyways, that's Elder Bigley for another week... How are all of you doing? College? Commutes? New Presidents? Tell me everything!
Take care of yourselves out there, and I'll write you legends in a week.
