This week
Hello everyone!
This week was a slow one here in Duvall, but it was still good. Like it says in Mosiah 2:17- "And behold, I tell you these things that ye may learn wisdom; that ye may learn that when ye are in the service of your fellow beings ye are only in the service of your God." We do lots of service for people here in Duvall, and we end up making them happy. God knows that our intentions are good and he is pleased when we are serving others. Jesus told his disciples: "A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another." (John 13:34-35). People here in Duvall are starting to recognize that we are servants of the Lord as we show them love and do service for them!
Even though things are running slow as of the moment, we will still keep our spirits strong and we will rely on Him even more to find those people who are ready for the gospel. I will encourage you all to do the same as you face trials throughout your llife.
