At the start of the transfer our Ward mission leader told us that we should probably go up to the northern part of our area to knock doors, feeling there is a lot of potential up there. The past week and a half we went up there in the evenings to check it out but to no avail. Now hear this, we tried again on Saturday. We knocked a door, and we said, “hello,” and the man said, "Come on in!" Kinda weirded us out, because that never happens, but he loves the Book of Mormon and now he is progressing pretty well. Lesson learned, listen to your leaders!
Today we went to a seafood all you can eat place, which had all you can eat HagenDazs ice cream. So, I ate a lot of ice cream today. The seafood was okay, but that ice cream was gooood:)
We are staying busy over here and just having a good time. Our Ward mission leader is helping us organize a 3 week class for our members to attend and learn how to do missionary work. He is such a beast. Dongying is going to be on fire once we’ve got all these members working with us! Exciting times folks.
