Pretty much an average week here in Taiwan, but it’s so cool how every day brings new experiences and new opportunities to learn from and become better. I feel that before the mission I sometimes didn't take the time to realize all the valuable lessons that life gives so frequently.
On Saturday we saw this guy that looked like a foreigner. Usually foreigners just give us the cold shoulder, but this guy looked like a nice properly dressed east coaster so we went to talk to him. It turns out he is also from North Carolina! We talked for a little bit about real BBQ eatins and buttermilk biscuits and Bojangles. I was kinda oblivious to it, but apparently he was also a missionary, but for the JWs. He started asking questions about why I would come on a mission, and what happens when you start doubting, but luckily I had no idea. I was just telling him what I know, teaching and baring testimony. Cool guy though.
Recently, I have been working on setting goals and being accountable to myself. Does anyone have any advice on how they set goals that has helped?
Alright that’s about it.
The Gospel Brings the most happiness!
