Kids are back in school here, which is both bad and good. Good because the college is filled with students who are willing to talk with you, but bad because they have NO time to meet because they are so busy with homework. Schools here are insane. Lately we have been meeting a lot of people from mainland China, which is super cool because they are golden! Our bishop used to live in China a couple years ago and today, the ward he was in has grown by more than a 100 people just from member missionary work!
Last P-Day was 9/11, so my companion and I wanted to do something as American as possible to honor that day. We decided to wear our American shirts, go to the golf range and drink A&W root beers.
Next week we have 王正揚 baptism! He is from China and is a student here that we met at the college. He would have gotten baptized last week but wanted to get baptized on his birthday which he thought would be super special. The gospel really changes people’s lives!
