Hey everyone how's it going? It's been a great week. Well it's actually been a rough week with regards to the work with lots of obstacles and everything but this week I learned so much and I also found real peace.
I want to start off by testifying that the Christ's peace is real. So real! I have felt it this week. This week started off rough and I began to have some doubts in myself and in the work and what I was doing and I was able to receive his comfort and his peace. I'm so grateful that he atoned for each one of us that we may be "at one" with him and "at one" like him. I read something this week about the atonement that explains that he suffered for us "one by one". What love! What compassion! I'm so grateful for him and his great love for us. I want so much for others to have feel this same love. This peace and love that I felt has changed me and is helping me to do better each day. I'm so grateful for the opportunity I have to be here preaching the gospel in Honduras.
Now the big news.......I HAVE TRANSFERS!! I'm leaving Choloma after five transfers or 7 1/2 months whew!!! My new area will be......drum roll.....SAN PEDRO SULA! Yep, that's right I'm going to the middle of the biggest city in the mission. In fact, it is geographically the smallest area in our mission but one of the most densely populated. My new companion will be Elder Pérez from Guatemala. We will be the zone leaders for San Pedro Sula. I have only met Elder Pérez once before at a training meeting but I am excited to work with him. I'm super excited for the new opportunity to work in another part of the Lord's vineyard. It is such a blessing to represent the Savior, He that loves all of us so much. I love Him and I love His gospel that has been restored to the earth today. I testify that He loves us perfectly and is anxious and willing to help us in our heavenly quest for happiness. We only need but let Him in. I love you all and have a great week!
