MTC Day 5

My first few days in the MTC have gone by extremely slow. I'm having to change and adjust to everything about missionary life. It's really challenging, but I'm so happy to be here! The Lord is helping me in so many ways I would never be able to do this on my own.

In the past few days I have learned so much and grown so close to my Savior it is inspiring. I can't wait to go out next week and start teaching the people of Comodoro Rivadavia. Thankfully I only have to spend 12 days here since I already speak the celestial language. I have met a few missionaries that already have spent three weeks here and still have six to go. They say they have been praying alot, but then again so have I.

Being a missionary is the hardest thing I have ever done, but I'm so blessed and fortunate to be here. I want to be here more than anywhere else in the world. That can be hard for some of you to understand because Venezuela is also on this world, but I want to be here serving the Lord.

I'm not qualified to be a missionary and represent Christ, but because of his help I'll be able to accomplish what he needs me to.

I leave for Argentina on February 8th and should be in Buenos Aires by the 9th and I have no idea when I'll get to my actual mission.

Love,

Elder Kidd
