Hello everyone! New area: Cattaraugus! Got some stuff to tell you all about but first there is some last Cortland thing I forgot in my last email.
To get the missionaries returning home back in time for Thanksgiving they did this transfer a day early. This means that my last pday there I didn't know what to buy because I knew I would be eating any of it. I finally just settled on buying a big ham for the guy replacing me. Bonus: it doubles as a funny "last picture" with Elder Blackham. Look closely at the picture.
Tuesday I met my new companion Elder Breshears and we headed off to Cattaraugus. It's a small branch at the bottom left of the mission. We have to be careful some of the places we go because a wrong turn won't just take us out of our area it will take us out of the mission period. Also interesting about this area is that a big part of it is (including the church building) is on a reservation.
I am still meeting everyone here but so far I love it. We have a few people who are making amazing progress and even one who is on date to be baptized in the upcoming month.
I will tell you all more about it once I know more about it I guess. Lol
