Companion

Elder Nelson

Week one

So I have been here a week now. Its been pretty crazy. The first couple days I had absolutely no clue what was going on or what I was supposed to be doing. Luckily my companion Elder Nelson was way better than me at knowing what we were doing and where stuff was so we got through it all right. I still get turned around easily, but I'm getting a hang of it. I am having some trouble getting used to introducing myself as Elder Warnick instead of Josh.

I do have to deal with "my old enemy... STAIRS!" Because my room is at the top floor. It's only four floors but still it's kind of annoying because I am crazy tired in the morning and night. I need more sleep. Everyone should get around eight hours of sleep every night and if the Holy Ghost goes to bed at midnight then why on earth do missionaries have to be up by six thirty?

On a less whiny note. It is pretty cool here. Everyone is super helpful and I am having fun. Also there are these automatic hand sanitizer dispensers everywhere that I think are super fun and I can never resist using them whenever I pass one. I think my companion thinks I'm OCD or something.

Love y'all
Josh
