The truth is this week wasn’t anything special. Actually it was pretty rough. We lost some investigators, other investigators moved, and some left town for a few weeks. On top of that I got a cold this week, nothing serious, but it was enough to slow me down for most of the week.
We have baptisms planned for this following week and we hope that they will feel ready to move forward.
In my weekly study I came across a quote that I liked a lot and I guess this is my message for you all today "When you have eyes to see, ears to hear, and hearts to feel, you can reach out and rescue others", President Thomas S. Monson. I love this quote because we are all capable of rescuing others... every single person. I also like how he said "hearts to feel..." because rescuing is more than just doing as you’re told and serving because it’s the "right" thing... You do it because you feel for them. You have the love for them just as our Heavenly Father does.
Thanks for all the support and I’m truly loving it out here. It’s the best feeling possible.
