We got the Meats

Hey everyone! This week was good. Not much has changed since last week though so this will probably be fairly short haha. James, Joe, and Thailer are all doing well. We hopefully should have a couple of baptisms within the next month so we're pretty excited about that. We have a couple of other people that we're working with that are progressing well, so hopefully we can set a couple more baptismal dates soon. Other than that Elder Huber and I have been on the grind working out in the mornings. On Sunday Elder Wiberg grilled up some meat and we had a feast on that. It was dang good. He made ribs, chicken, and brats. It almost send us into one of those meat comas haha. I guess to finish off I'll just share a scripture I read recently in my studies. It comes from Alma 36. This scripture touches me every time I read it and reaffirmes my knowledge of God's love and mercy. I hope it does the same for you. Have a great week! "18 Now, as my mind caught hold upon this thought, I cried within my heart: O Jesus, thou Son of God, have mercy on me, who am in the gall of bitterness, and am encircled about by the everlasting chains of death.19 And now, behold, when I thought this, I could remember my pains no more; yea, I was harrowed up by the memory of my sins no more.20 And oh, what joy, and what marvelous light I did behold; yea, my soul was filled with joy as exceeding as was my pain!21 Yea, I say unto you, my son, that there could be nothing so exquisite and so bitter as were my pains. Yea, and again I say unto you, my son, that on the other hand, there can be nothing so exquisite and sweet as was my joy."
