This week has been bad, me and Elder Alvarez have been sick. On Monday we had migrations so we didn't get to work, and then on Thursday I was really sick with a fever. We only got to a few appointments that day. Then the next day Elder Alvarez was sick with a fever and throwing up. We only got to two appointments that day. The last two days we have been having weird stomach problems and have had to quickly run home to use the bathroom multiple times. It has been a rough week.It was because all the rain made the tap water bad.
The few appointments we did go to were rather positive. We have one investigator that I am sure will get baptized. His family is also positive, but he has been the best about keeping commitments. I am hoping next week will be much better. The language is still slowly getting better, and I am fully focused on the work.We are teaching a guy. He came to church once and loved it, but didn't come the next week because of homework. He has to come twice in a row for us to baptize him and he has been keeping his other commitments. He and his family need the gospel.
It rains a lot and an umbrella is called a paragua (for water). And here people yell awoo at us instead of saying buenas. Its funny.
P.S. our mop was wet and now plants are growing out of it
