How has everybody been this wonderful week!? My week was pretty great and started of with some goodbyes for my last companion Elder Bautista and my New companion Elder Avilés! He is from Cartagena, Chile. He was in Punta Arenas before and has one transfer more than Elder Bautista. He is way awesome and excited to begin working with me! I led my first District meeting on Saturday and it was pretty good! I based it on a BYU devotional talk by Elder Richard G. Scott. I really, really loved this part,
"...we will never be prompted by the Holy Ghost to do something we cannot do. It may require extraordinary effort and much time, patience, prayer, and obedience, but we can do it. ... to reach a goal never before attained one must do things never before done."
Really the manner that we can accomplish new things and do thing that are groundbreaking. We must do new things or things people aren't willing to do or not do.
This week was very good and I can't wait to start another one. Thank you so much for all of the letters and for being AWESOME. CHOW HASTA SEMANA
