Cambios

Hello everyone!

This week we got changes again.  I'm staying here, but my comp is leaving.  Now, I have a brand new missionary that is coming.  I don't even know who he is yet.  It will be an exciting change.
The Work continues, nothing can stop it, but sometimes it doesn't move as we would like.  One of the greatest things that we need to learn in this life is patience.  The Lord has much greater designs in mind.  He isn't just focused on how many people return to him, but in the way that they return, and in our own progress.  Sometimes He needs us to learn something, or become better at something before other parts of the Work continue the way we want.
This week we were the answer to a prayer.  We went to visit a recent convert at the end of the night.  It wasn't in our plan, but we went to visit him and his family.  When we got there, they received us warmly and started talking with us.  After a few minutes, he shared with us that he had not been feeling very good lately and had just been praying with the Lord asking for forgiveness and a sign of his standing.  He said that 10 minutes later, we shouted alo.  That reinforced for me the knowledge and wisdom of the Lord.  He sends us to serve His children.
Have a great week!Elder Knight
