Cambios

Hello everyone!

So, this week we got our changes.  I am now headed to... Quillota.  From what I´ve heard, it´s about an hour from where I am now in Valparaíso, doesn´t have hills, and his mostly dry.  Basically the opposite of where I am now.  I am excited for the chance to work with other people and help them to come unto Christ.
This week seemed very unspecial throughout it, but at the end of the week, it turned out to be one of our most productive weeks.  We were able to teach and find a number of people.  I am glad that I will be able to leave this area stronger than the way I found it.  I have no doubt that Elder Villa (my current comp) and his new companion will be the source of much good here.
On Saturday, we went to a nearby plaza and set up banners to try to find more people to teach.  While there, the wind began to blow in all kinds of directions.  So, we decided to lean our banner up against a tree, thinking that would be safer.  We start working, when all of a sudden, I look back, and the banner is falling... right on top of a woman.  I run to stop it, and it falls straight to the ground.  Needless to say, she wasn´t the happiest.
The more people that I meet, the more that I teach, and the more that people ask me questions about our beliefs, the more I realize how much more meaning and logic the Gospel has.  It certainly isn´t the source of testimony, that can only come through reading the Book of Mormon and praying, but it truly forms a sturdy branch.  I stand with Elder Holland in wanting it known that I know that the Book of Mormon is true.  There is no other way to receive a fullness of the Father and only through its teachings will we be able to return to live with our Father in Heaven.
