"Caminar como [miembro de la Iglesia de Jesucristo de los Santos de los Últimos Días]"

Hello everyone!
This week has been a little different.  For a lot of the week, we were unable to teach people because they just disappeared.  We would set a day and time, find a member to accompany us, and then the person wouldn´t be there.  As a result, we spent a lot of the week contacting (including breaking my comp´s single-day record).  It seemed like we were going to end the week with almost no lessons; however, the Lord had other plans.
Sunday afternoon, we were planning for our day and how we could achieve our weekly goal of contacts when I remembered something our zone leader Elder Eddy had told me.  "Lessons are more important than contacts".  As a result, we planned to drop in on a few of the people that we´re teaching and see if we could teach them.
We started out by finding one lady for whom we´ve looked for a few weeks.  Turns out she isn´t the one we were looking for, but we taught her anyways.  In the process, a kid of about 12 years old walked in and started talking to us about different devils and monsters around here such as the Chupacabra (which is technically Mexican, but don´t tell him that).  At one point he asked us if we take the Micro (bus).  He said there was an idiom that said "walk like a Mormon".
Later on that night, we found a new person to teach, Elizabeth.  She is very interested in the Book of Mormon because she has noticed that the Bible has been changed throughout all of the years of its existence.
When we finished talking with her, it was about 8 in the night, so we only had an hour and a half left before we had to go home.  We decided to pass for one more person, Miguelina.  She and her family were at home and we were able to teach them and help a little bit more as the prepare for their wedding and baptism!
Just as Isaiah taught us,
"8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.
9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts."
He works through us (and others) in ways that we would never imagine to achieve His purposes.
