Hey everyone!
I don't have a lot of time to write today, so I'll keep it short and sweet. Here in the TKM we are still alive and well! Due to all the circumstances we have a handful of missionaries going home early for health reasons and time.
There's also been a lot of changes in leadership for our mission, with a lot of younger elders and sisters being assigned to fill the shoes of those who are leaving. I have been assigned to be an Assistant to the President! I am super nervous but excited to serve in new ways and help the mission to the best of my abilities.
I've been
13 Sanctify the Lord of Hosts himself, and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread.
14 And he shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling, and for a rock of offense to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
15 And many among them shall stumble and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken.
16 Bind up the testimony, seal the law among my disciples.
17 And I will wait upon the Lord, that hideth his face from the house of Jacob, and I will look for him.
In this crazy time we're in, it's important to remember who we are and who is our bedrock foundation. I ask this question: How do you wait upon Lord and seek Him?
I know at times in life it may seem like he hides his face from us, but his hand is ever stretched out.
