Elder Kaas-Australia-Week 56

This past week was all goods. On Monday for P- day we got to go to a Tuvalu Day Celebration. Tuvalu is the island where my companion is from, and it was their National Day. It was very good to experience the Tuvalu culture. They share the experience that they have when they live in Tuvalu. I hope all the people who live in mainland know how grateful they should be for everything that they have. It was very good to see the Tuvalu culture and Polynesian culture and be a part of it because I haven't gotten to really experience much of their culture before the mission. On Wednesday we did ward splits. We got to visit less active Tongan family and it was really good. We are going to have family home evening with them. Saturday was Fiji Day in Parramatta our area, so we went and got to talk to some Fijian and got heaps of potential investigators. We also met a Fijian NRL player who played for Fiji and the Sydney roosters which was hectic as. He was really nice and knew about missionaries and asked how long we been out and how long we have left. It was really good. On Sunday we had a random person come church. She is a young single woman and is Chinese but born in Australia. We taught her a little bit about plan of salvation. She enjoyed it and wants too learn more. My recent convert who is Samoan bore his testimony too and it was really good. I'm grateful to be a part of many miracles. Thanks for the support and have great week .
