This was past week was all good. We had ZTM at Bathurst and we learned about the two biggest commandments we have to love the Lord and thy neighbor as thyself. It was a great training. Our convert's baptism was last Saturday. It was a really good service. She is truly converted and is ready to have the gospel be a part of her life. During the week before the baptism she had many temptations that she overcame. We are really proud of her and her decision to be baptized. She is also kinda keen to serve a mission when she turns 19. So yeah she is pretty solid. Cowra has not had a baptism in 2 years and it was really great to see them experience this as a branch once again.
We have really come to love the branch and the area. Hope everyone finds missionary opportunities wherever they are. Talk to yous next week.
Sincerely,
Elder Kaas
Letter to Mom and Dad
Dear Mom and Dad,
How yous goin? sounds like everyone had a pretty solid week. As you heard we had the baptism last week and it was very spiritual. Not much more I can say about that. Just keep praying for missionary opportunities and remember not to fear rejection, just inviting them is success it means you gave them the opportunity to use their free agency. I have started to read the new testament I have just started on the book of John. It's really cool to see how much of what the savior said was the same in Jerusalem and in the Americas. The Nephites were a little more receptive. Hope yous have another good week. Love yous.
