Well, just like that the CoronaVirus is on 6 of the 8 islands in the mission, and it only took a week to do it! It has honestly been such a crazy week here, getting multiple phone calls a day giving us updates on the virus. All I can say is thank goodness for our beloved prophet on earth today who is led, guided and directed by God.
D&C 1:17 " Wherefore, I the Lord, knowing the calamity which should come upon the inhabitants of the earth, called upon my servant Joseph Smith, Jun., and spake unto him from heaven, and gave him commandments."
We truly are led of God by a prophet today in Russell M. Nelson who speaks with God, Just as Joseph Smith did 200 years ago! I am so truly grateful for this restored gospel, especially in times like this where it seems like everything is going wrong. Our Heavenly Father loves each and everyone of us and is willing to help us if we come unto him! I hope everyone stays safe, I am praying for you all!!
We got transfer news this week too... And I have to leave Vincy. It honestly sucks, but I am excited to head over to Grenada! Lots of new opportunities over there, and the area I'm heading to only has a small group there right now. So hopefully we can organize a branch while I'm there!! My new companion will be Elder Mijangos. Lucky for him he gets two Southern Albertans in a row! haha. Anyway, I hope everyone has a healthy week! lol.
