We've Got a Mission President Again!

This week has been great! We finally were able to meet our new mission president, President Lamb! He is a great guy, I'm excited to work with him. We had a great zone meeting and we all got to have interviews with him, he and his wife were both great. (Albeit a little tired, theyv'e been worked hard from the moment they got into country.)

We also (sort of) received transfers! No one in the mission is moving anywhere, but Elder Memmott and I are now companions! President Lamb has also restructured zones and missionary leadership here to accomodate the new mission, so we are now Zone Leaders in the Irkutsk zone, one of 4 in the mission.

In other news, Zahar passed the sacrament this last sunday! He did a great job, he truly is incredible. I love him so much, he's just such a kind and soft-spoken guy. Having this opportunity to work with him as he starts his journey as a member of the church has been incredibly rewarding, definitely one of the biggest upsides of serving is the times like this :)

This coming week will be a whirlwind of conferences and travel, but I'll have extra cool pictures next week! For now here are a couple from our zone conference this last week.

Love you all! Have a great week!
ps....This is Kyla. I have attached the photos from Gavin's last letter since they weren't attached last week. Sorry! Take note of the picture of the distance between one end of his mission to the other! Amazing!
