4th area - Richmond Virginia Branch

Elder McKay Martin Bushman

weekly letter

Dear Mom,
A couple of nights ago I had a dream about being a return missionary and just getting back from Virginia. I served for the whole two years but I only had memories from the first eight months. The really weird part was that I came back with everyone to Utah and we lived in our house in West Jordan. You guys had just left Kewanee and were moving people into their rooms and stuff.

Considering that could happen, it might have been more of a look into the future than a dream. It would be kind of interesting to finish that basement and see how that all works out.

P-days around here seem to be pretty boring. There isn't that many cool things to do in the downtown area and the other Elders are really boring. I just get a could of hours of relax time. Now that it's too for you to worry since the new month starts by the time this gets delivered, I ran out of money about a week ago and have just been running on what ever I have and little bits of stuff I get using personal funds. Blue power-aid pretty much keeps me from running out of fluids. Eating on a missionary budget is very interesting but it was worse this month since I owed my old companion some money that made April run a little dry. Usually I do just fine.

Enjoy your week, Love Elder Applegate
