Sorry if this weeks email is a little short.
We went to the Mexico city temple this morning and it was awesome! its one of the biggest temples outside the United States. And very beautiful inside and out!
This past week had its ups and downs. An elder in my district has a Skin disease that makes the layers of his skin intertwine with each other instead of layering flat like normal skin does. Because of this disease he gets very bad blisters on his feet. So bad he cant walk some days. He asked for a blessing and asked if i would anoint him. I was nervous because it was my first time anointing someone. But the power that was brought into the room the minute we started was amazing and the elder that gave him the blessing did an amazing job too. His feet are already doing better and the blisters are going away! it was such good spiritual experience and it testified to me even more about the healing powers of the priesthood.
Me and my companion taught our first full Spanish lesson yesterday too! It was a little bumpy and i felt a little frustrated that I couldn't say what i wanted to say. But then in one of our classes we learned that its okay no to know the language perfect right now. Just learn the Doctrine to teach so you can teach it from the heart. That was a major comfort to me.
I'll let you know more next week!
