Nobody reads email intros I'm just gonna skip to the good stuff.
When we were knocking doors at an apartment complex, a very drunk fellow dressed as a cowboy shambled over in our direction. He then introduced himself as Charlie Brown, and said that God had sent him there, and asked us, "whatcha got for me?". ...
And then my comp gives him every pamphlet he had and a Book of Mormon. Maybe he'll read it once he sobers up?
We also had another lesson with the Jewish man we've been teaching. He was really touched by the plan of salvation, especially when we told him he could see his grandmother again. This guy has such an honest soul.
We asked him to pray if the Book of Mormon was true, and he was like; "Oh I'm good. I already believe it's true". Which is awesome. We still invited him to pray though 👍.
Also, someone who we've been teaching stopped answering for like 2 weeks, but answered last night and agreed to meet again this week. So that was a great miracle.
We also did a service project where we boxed up food for the needy. It was pretty chill. I keep using occasions like that to work on my small talk, and I don't want to brag but I'm pretty good at it. Kind of. I got two years to keep practicing.
So another good week. God is good, life is good. All good.
Take care ya'all

P.s. not a lot of photos so I'm including some cool gospel art I've found on gospel libraries
