Tifton Transfer 15 Week 1

WHAT is going on y'all. We don't have a ton of time this pday to go real deep into detail, so that means a shorter email! Aren't y'all so excited?! I sure am!!
So let's just dive on in. First off, let's talk about something bipolar. The weather. Last monday, I got sunburnt. Then this entire week, we got straight thrashed by massive rain and thunder storms. Then today, I got another sunburn. Good stuff.
But things have been so good this week. We had transfers, so the beginning of the week was saying goodbye's, teaching a few lessons, districy councils, all the fun stuff. Then on thursday we dropped off Elder Hansen at Lake City and had transfers. And transfers were so sick. Again, the whole mission was basically there so we got to see a whole bunch of buddies. Good times. Then we picked up the legend, Elder Branham. He is such a stellar missionary y'all. We've been together like less than 5 days, and I'm convinced he's the next Prophet. Or billionaire. Or both.
So we brought Branhunk back to Tifton, and we've been absolutely stacked the laat few days with stuff. We've had some bomb lessons with some new families we found (Fred & Co., the Fultons...), got in contact and had some bomb lessons with some of our other people (James, Rosie, Tommy...) and we've been seeing so many miracles lately. It's been a solid week. Probably the coolest was when we found Fred and his family. We just got out of a bomb lessom with James, and we were running late to our next appointment. I was driving down the street, when we saw a family outside their house playing. We felt a prompting to turn around, but classic Elder Richardson, I pushed it off and kept driving. We had somewhere to be. Again, prompting comes, hard-headed me pushes it off. We get like 6 blocks down, when finally we flip around, go back, have a super sweet contact with the family, and they want to be taught. Good stuff. So Ladies and Gentlemen, elders and sisters, boys and girls, I'm here to testify that promptings are real. And often they come at the most importune time. But we NEED to follow them! Imagine what could have happened if I pushed it off and ignored the prompting. Who knows. But obviously the Lord knows best. And as we pray each morning, to receive a prompting that we can act on, the Lord will give us one! So pray, discern, and act!
Anyways, things have been good. Just SO busy which is how we like it. Today for p-day some members took us out to a SUPER nice nature reserve and we did some good ole fishing. One of the members got her truck stuck in the mud and so it turned from a 2-3 hr thing to a 7 hr thing but it was super fun. Good times haha.
But that's about all it for this week. Things are good, works good, times flying WAY too fast, and Jesus and Elder Richardson both love you WAY much! Have a good week!
Elder Richardson

Scripture of the Week: Mormon 9:7-8
7 And again I speak unto you who deny the revelations of God, and say that they are done away, that there are no revelations, nor prophecies, nor gifts, nor healing, nor speaking with tongues, and the interpretation of tongues;8 Behold I say unto you, he that denieth these things knoweth not the gospel of Christ; yea, he has not read the scriptures; if so, he does not understand them.
