Gainesville Transfer 12 Week 2

Heyyy y'all!! Todays been an absolutely crazy pday so this email is gonna have to be a short one. But honestly I don't remember what went on this week and I know y'all come for the pictures so I'm sure there aren't any complaints. But I'm just so happy to talk to y'all again. Let's get down to business.
This week wasn't too noteworthy. All the YSA kids have all been crazy busy with last minute schoolwork before thanksgiving break, so we didn't get much done in the YSA. Will and Michelle were both too busy for lessons, so that left us more time to find those ready to let God prevail. We had a lesson with Marlon, but it was one of the strangest lessons I've been in. He was super high when we started the lesson, and there were a few times that I literally thought he had finally broke mentally. We tried teaching him the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and read through 2 Nephi 31, but he kept on turning the scriptures around to support his Hare Krishna beliefs and strengthen his testimony there. So we were just super bold about the Book of Mormon, and how if he wants to know the truth it's all in gaining a testimony of that book. So the lesson ended well.
We also had MLC this week which was good as always. Got to see Elders Callaway, Ulrich and Edmunds, and a few other buddies from the mission so that was fun. We talked a lot about the 2022 mission vision and planning out our direction next year for the mission. Revelatory as always, such good stuff.
Also had tradeoffs with the AP's which was fun. We got a lot of stuff done in the YSA, we contacted on campus, played some pickleball with some YSA members and nonmembers, then found a guy at PDQ (a restaurant we found that is literally better than chic fil a) that was pretty cool that we passed off to some other elders.
Then for pday today, we went to this place called La Chua trail. It was pretty fun, just wetlands and then the trail empties out on this grass island sort of thing that had huge alligators chilling on it. We literally couldn't even decide if they were real or not, but they were just laying there so we got to get up close and personal (but we were safe mom I promise).
Anyways thats about it. Keep being amazing missionaries and people, and remember that Jesus loves y'all and so do I!!

Scripture of the Week-- Helaman 5:12
12 And now, my sons, remember, remember that it is upon the rock of our Redeemer, who is Christ, the Son of God, that ye must build your foundation; that when the devil shall send forth his mighty winds, yea, his shafts in the whirlwind, yea, when all his hail and his mighty storm shall beat upon you, it shall have no power over you to drag you down to the gulf of misery and endless wo, because of the rock upon which ye are built, which is a sure foundation, a foundation whereon if men build they cannot fall.
