Tallahassee Transfer 9 Week 3

BuenOs Diass a todos! How are y'all doing? How was your week? Did y'all know how amazing you are?? Just wanted to get that out of the way. Remember that. Anyways, this has been one wild week, so let's get down to the nitty gritty.
By way of teaching this week, we were beyond blessed. I'm sure God was up there in the clouds looking down and thought, "Let's mess with these elders a little bit. We'll work so many miracles for them this week that they'll know that I'm in charge of this work, and that it's not their efforts but my hand that's bringing to pass thrse miracles". And brothers and sisters, I can testify that this truly did happen. God indeedly worked a miracle in the land of Quincy Florida. No effort that we could have worked would have brought to pass what God did for us. First off, we were able to set a baptismal date with our girl Janet for Aug 8th. We went over to eat dinner with Bro Clayton and she happened to be there, and we just had a friendly conversation at the table. Then out of nowhere, she just told us, I'm done messing around with this baptism stuff. I want to be baptized August 8th. So we set a date. So that was miracle number one. Then, for some odd reason this week, we received more referrals than I have ever received in my mission, probably around 10 referrals. These included media referrals, missionary referrals, member referrals. And these weren't just any old referrals, these were people who are actually willing to let God prevail in their lives. So through these referrals, we were able to find a whole 6 new people this week. Miracle number two. And then, we decided to invite literally everyone we could to church, and had a whole 11 friends show up to have a super sweet spiritual experience. Miracle number three. And then, at church, there was a family that we were hoping would show up in time for the sacrament. Unfortunately, we were just about to start the sacramental hymn and get the whole process. But for some reason, the electric piano started having problems, wouldn't play for a good 5 minutes, and just before it started working again, in walked the family we were wanting to show up. Now this piano hasn't had problems since I've been here, that's been a good 7 months. So. God worked a miracle. Miracle number four. And THEN, this week we had crazy good success at setting up lessons with our friends, we were able to meet with most all of them and we were able to extend some powerful invitations. Miracle number five. And THEN, good ole Andria was doing some missionary work for us, and found a few people who are interested in learning more. And THEN, I have this opportunity to send this miracle filled letter to a whole bunch of miraculous people. God is just too good.
On other notes, this week I finally had my first bike day in the mission. I've been in a car area my whole mission and lowkey had missed riding bikes. So on a tradeoff I made sure to go to a biking area, and we had a blast cruising around in the 100 degree florida weather with 95% humidity. So that was fun.
Honestly though that's about it. We've seen some sweet things happen this last week and we've been staying extremely busy which has been God absolutely blessing us. But hopefully y'all have an absolutely amazing week. Just remember that Jesus loves you so very much, and so do I.

Spiritual Thought:
Judges 7: 2-5
2 And the Lord said unto Gideon, The people that are with thee are too many for me to give the Midianites into their hands, lest Israel vaunt themselves against me, saying, Mine own hand hath saved me.3 Now therefore go to, proclaim in the ears of the people, saying, Whosoever is fearful and afraid, let him return and depart early from mount Gilead. And there returned of the people twenty and two thousand; and there remained ten thousand.4 And the Lord said unto Gideon, The people are yet too many; bring them down unto the water, and I will try them for thee there: and it shall be, that of whom I say unto thee, This shall go with thee, the same shall go with thee; and of whomsoever I say unto thee, This shall not go with thee, the same shall not go.5 So he brought down the people unto the water: and the Lord said unto Gideon, Every one that lappeth of the water with his tongue, as a dog lappeth, him shalt thou set by himself; likewise every one that boweth down upon his knees to drink.6 And the number of them that lapped, putting their hand to their mouth, were three hundred men: but all the rest of the people bowed down upon their knees to drink water.7 And the Lord said unto Gideon, By the three hundred men that lapped will I save you, and deliver the Midianites into thine hand: and let all the other people go every man unto his place.
Simply said, when God works miracles, He works them in a way that we will KNOW that He is in charge. So look for that. And trust in that. Because He is just so willing to bless us. All we have to do is show faith.
