Tallahassee Transfer 4 Week 6
How is everyone??
How has everyone's week been? Ours has been great over here, lots of exciting things going down. This week was a lot of the same stuff as usual but the work is just moving along down here. But let's get down to business.
First off this week was a little slow by way of missionary work, but looking back it's always cool to see God's hand working in even the simplest of ways. For example one thing that Elder Colton and I have been doing is a lot more walking. Partially because we're way over our mile limit, and also because who doesn't love a nice stroll through the heavenly 70 degree weather we're experiencing down here. As we've been walking around, it's crazy just how many times we've been at the right place at the right time to interact with people, way too many times to be a coincidence. God's just leading us to those people who need a little light in their life. One example of this is Natasha. We just happened to be walking down the street next to her when she was having a really hard day and needed some "godly men" to talk to. She saw us walking from like a hundred yards away, flagged us down and got us to come talk to her. We had a super good conversation with her and left her with a Book of Mormon, promising her the peace and strength that's found in that little piece of heaven bound in a book cover. That's been one of my favorite things out here, is being able to testify over and over again of the power, the holiness, the peace that just emanates from the Book of Mormon. So that was a cool little miracle for sure.
Other than that not a ton of stuff went on we did some service which was fun, we raked some leaves and then did a free car wash which is always so fun. Elder McDaniel and I waved those signs on the street and hyped up the car wash like nobody's business. So that was really fun, we got to wash like 15+ cars which is like 14 more cars washed than last time we did a car wash which was also a cool miracle!
We also had transfers this week. Not a lot happened, our district stayed basically the same except we lost Elder McDaniel. Elder Colton and I are still together, so we're gonna keep doing the Lord's work in good old quincy. I'm excited to stay in this area for another transfer, definitely a lot of work to get done.
But that's about all the news I have for this week, things are going great. I hope y'all are doing great as well wherever you are. Keep killing it and know that Elder Richardson loves you. Feel free to send me an email and have a great week!

Spiritual Thought: Helaman 5:12- "And now, my sons, remember, remember that it is upon the rock of our Redeemer, who is Christ, the Son of God, that ye must build your foundation; that when the devil shall send forth his mighty winds, yea, his shafts in the whirlwind, yea, when all his hail and his mighty storm shall beat upon you, it shall have no power over you to drag you down to the gulf of misery and endless wo, because of the rock upon which ye are built, which is a sure foundation, a foundation whereon if men build they cannot fall."
This is probably one of my favorite scriltures in the whole Book of Mormon, and definitely has been a go-to on the mish. I love how simple yet powerful this promise is. The world will be crazy. It will have trials. Sometimes, even satan and all his hail and mighty storm will beat us into the ground. But if we rely on Jesus Christ, if we make Him our focus, if our testimony and our lives revolve around Him, then will we ever fall to the storm? Will we ever be overcome? No. It's impossible. Because Christ is a foundation that if we build on him, we CANNOT fall, as it says in this verse. It's literally impossible, because He won't let us. So if you feel overwhelmed, like the storms of life are getting to you, there's one place we need to turn! To our savior Jesus Christ.
