Semana 5- "This is my Work and my Glory"

Hola Familia y Amigos!

How is everything? Things have been going really good in the MTC. Crazy that this'll be the last email that I'll be sending before I'm in the field! THis last 6 weeks has definitely been the busiest, yet some of the best 6 weeks of my life. It's been so worth it to be in the MTC. At first when I was starting out, I honestly wasn't super excited to do MTC online. But I had no idea how awesome it would be. I was blessed with a really cool district, awesome teachers, and it's been so cool just to see so much spiritual and language growth. This week was definitely a really good week. Not a ton of new stuff compared to the previous weeks but it's still been good. Things are just moving along in spanish and it's cool to just see how much we've been able to learn in such a short amount of time. Not wanting to bash on school or anything but I've definitely seen more improvement during this MTC than I saw throughout high school which really says something about the power that us missionaries can receive. We're teaching a ton of lessons and it's been really cool to see the growth there too. I'm definitely not very good at spanish yet but it's been cool just to have a lesson all in broken spanish, with pretty simple words and thoughts but still have it be some of the most spiritual experiences of my life. This week Elder Gardiner also came and joined Elder Packer and I to do the MTC with us. It's been really cool, nice to have another missionary to learn from and practice spanish with. This next Tuesday I'm flying out to Jacksonville, Florida, so this'll be my last email before I'm in the field. Pretty crazy haha, but I'm just excited to get out to the field and bring the joyfulness of the gospel to the world. This gospel, the knowledge I have gained has brought me so much joy that I just wanna bring it into others lives as well. So I just want to bear my testimony in Spanish real quick.
Spiritual Thought: Quote I love by Elder Holland that we used a lot this week in our lessons on the Atonement-“However late you think you are, however many chances you think you have missed, however many mistakes you feel you have made or talents you think you don’t have, or however far from home and family and God you feel you have traveled, I testify that you have not traveled beyond the reach of divine love. It is not possible for you to sink lower than the infinite light of Christ’s Atonement shines.”
Just a really cool quote, I love seeing the massive amount of love Christ has for us. Literally nothing we can do will turn Him away from us, He is ALWAYS there! All we have to do is turn to Him!
Well that's all I got, sorry for the long email haha! Love you all!
