Car wash!!
Survived another week in the heat! It was a great week out here and I learned a ton. I saw some huge antelope that were a sight for sore eyes.
This week was tough as far as facebook goes. I am pretty bad with the whole thing and it's hard to find new people. I decided on Friday afternoon to throw together a car wash. We did a free car wash at the church and gave people tours of the church and a book of mormon while we washed their cars. It was super fun and we finally found some new people to teach!! So that was exciting and we are doing it this coming weekend as well! We taught some really good lessons, but all three of the investigators said they have no interest and want us to stop teaching them.
On a positive note, Elder Wall and I ended up wearing the same shirt and I got to cut his hair. I guess the mission really is where you learn how to cut hair. We went with a recent convert named Ty to these huge sink holes today and it was so cool!! I almost had to "fall in" it looked so fun.
Tons of service this week as well to keep us busy. Same old same old and working hard. I am learning tons about how to have a brighter faith and hope and I love changing. It's the best grind to be a part of!! Hope y'all are doing great!!
