Last Week in the CCM
Hey everyone! Another great week. My ping pong reign has come to a screeching halt, due to Elder Clayton, my record has been soiled.
Anyways, I am learning so much and getting so excited to hit the streets in 3 days! Not much new to talk about so imma just share a couple of things I’ve learned while being here. The gift of tongues is so real. When we give our all to the Lord he really does make up the difference and helps us out. I have seen countless times where I have just opened my mouth and it was filled through the spirit. My Spanish is still coming along but it is definitely leaps and bounds ahead of where it would’ve been without blessings. Another thing I have learned is just to open your mouth even when you know that you are completely gonna botch it and they won’t understand. It’s helped me gain confidence even when there’s nothing to be confident about haha. We sometimes take for granted all the blessings the gospel has to offer. I was bearing testimony of the truth during a lesson that I will be able to live with my fam again for eternity if we live correctly and the spirit definitely bore testimony of that. The gospel is so real it I am so excited to go share it with others and see how it changes their lives; even when my Spanish is nearly impossible to understand... I hope you all are doing well and are finding joy in the journey.
