Sorry it's been awhile!
Hey y'all!
This week was pretty good! We were able to do some service at OKEFENOKEE swamp park which i was really happy to do! We were cleaning and I looked around the corner and saw a TON OF RATS. In cages though.. but still! I asked the lady why they were there and she said "oh we feed the gators and snakes!" All the sudden this guy pops around the corner as well and says "Hey I'm doing a show soon you wanna hold the animals I'll be showing?" Uhh ya!! So I got to hold a snake (which I know will make my dad cringe because I tried getting one back home but he hates snakes 😂) and a baby gator and a baby turtle! So that was fun!
We had our mission Christmas party and that was so much fun! I got to see old comps like my Dad Elder Shurtliff and Elder Josse and Elder Hibbert! It was also good to see friends like Elder Plumb and Elder Carter and Elder Ivie. We took a MTC district pic and it just feels so weird to see how far we've come! Also took a pic with Everyone that goes home when I do (elder boehme was not there because we couldn't find him). But it's the boys and no sisters as far as we know 🤙 so that was a good time.
Friday we had our ward Christmas party and as had a WHOLE FAMILY OF 7 that we are teaching show up! So great! The ward helped out so much to fellowship them. This was a good week but also super busy!
