This week has been interesting.
We have been trying to meet the members here in Ngaruwahia, and they have helped heaps!! Also I got sick this Wednesday and it is still affecting me so yeah that has been... fun but, yeah.
This week was pretty uneventful except I had to plan for a district meeting. It was pretty hectic, but enjoyable. (I stayed up just a little over 10:30 haha) Before that I attended for the first time DLC which stands for District Leader Council and so that was cool. Got to talk with Elders Arnold and Ficher and they are great Zone leaders. The direction that President has given us goes along with the new instruction for missionaries and the new schedule and new Preach My Gospel so that has been cool.
Then in district meeting we talked about finding people to teach both through our own efforts, and the efforts of members and to demonstrate that I organized a scavenger hunt with lollies--we had missionaries all over the chapel and it was super funny.
Also for the spiritual thought for today. We had a lesson that was about one more day! It said if we only were going to live for one more day what would you do? Who would you see? I really like this and the thought of only living one more day really reminds us that we really don't know when we could go, so live your day like it's your last. Do what you love and do what Heavenly Father would want you to do.
