What's up!
Hope everyone is having a great day! This week was a bit crazy because we had tranfers and I was transfered out of La Dalia. It was definitely hard to say goodbye to the area, there were do many amazing people in the branch and investigators that I had taught that had become good friends.
My new area is amazing and it is called San Benito! It's also a small branch, but the members here are so great and faithful. The climate is definetely a bit different haha, it's a lot hotter here than in the mountains of La Dalia but I'll get used to it in no time. My new companion is great too, his name is Elder Choc and he is from Guatemala City. I'm excited for this upcoming transfer and I'll make sure to keep you guys posted with all that's going to come.

Joshua 24:15, "And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord." One of the amazing parts about this life is that we have the agency to choose for ourselves what decisions we will make. Just as the scripture says, we can either put the will of the Lord first in our lives OR we can worship the things of the world. In this life, there are a lot of distractions (phones, sports, news, etc) that prevent us from serving our Heavenly Father. However, when we make the time for God and choose to serve him, we are blessed and happier than we could ever be following the things of this world.
