Elder Sorensen

Crock pot time

Howdy y'all! It's been a good time to be in the Great WVM! It's been getting dark at 5 now. But I must be adjusted to Washington because I'm not feeling super cold. It's been weird to realize it's 40 or 30 degree and I'm not freezing like last year. The stars up here are great! I'm excited to see my favorite constellation, O'Ryan, watching over us as we go out to find children of God.

Elder Sorensen has been a great companion, we get along really well. He is from Cedar City. It's been fun being companions with him because for some reason, a lot of people are wondering how old we are. So, they guess that elder Sorensen is about 19~20ish, which is just about right. Then they turn their attention to me and guess 23~25.... they say it's my eyes 🤣🤣🤣

So we got word this week that missions along the west coast of America are starting what is called 5 to 7's. Where missionaries go and find new people to teach. That time is to be set as a sacred time and almost nothing should distract from this. So dinners are moved to 4pm and members are no longer feeding us. So we bought a crock pot and will be cooking out own meals. It'll be fun and we are expecting a lot of miracles.

Love y'all!
Elder Nielsen
