Hello everyone! I am happy to be here with you in sunny 70 degree weather here in Arizona. It has been a great week here in Winslow, and not all in Winslow! We had the chance to go up to Farmington for MLC! It was such a fantastic meeting I love being around president and sister Ackerman and all of the other missionaries there! The spirit there was so strong and I learned a lot! We came back home and had a great half week of work! Not too many eventful things to discuss, but just good all around. I hope everyone had a better Halloween than me! We had to go in at 6, following a morning and afternoon of meetings. This week I have been reading in Alma in the war chapters. In chapter 48 verse 17 it says, "Yes, verily, verily I say unto you, if all men had been, and were, and ever would be, like unto Moroni, behold, the very powers of hell would have been shaken forever; yea, the devil would never have power over the hearts of the children of men." I encourage everyone to go back and study the life of captain Moroni! We can all try a little harder to be more like him. Here is my joke for the week. What do you get when you put a duck in a cement mixer? Quacks in the pavement!
