Hello everyone! I am so happy to be here with you once again, what a blessing. This week has been great! So much is happening in my area and in the district that is so amazing. I feel blessed to be in the greatest district in the mission with the hardest working elders and companion wow. This week I was able to go on an exchange with Elder Hunt who is from Ganado, he also was my zone leader when I was back in Echo Cliffs. We had a grand old time here in Window Rock. We were able to participate in the Just Move It program in Fort Defiance which was a great opportunity, there were over 1200 people and we ran 3 miles! I honestly could not tell you the last time I ran 3 miles, but it was fun though! A couple days later Elder Kelly and I had parked our truck and were walking around a neighborhood. We had got into the house of a returning member and talked with him for a little bit, then we left. During the time we were in his house, the rain had begun. We left with a few blocks to walk, and consequently we were drenched! I mean we were soaked to the bone. What a soul enriching experience! Another great thing that went on this week was that we had a combined ward baseball night! We all went down on this dirt field, had hotdogs and chips, and we were batting up a storm! It was a lot of fun and way more successful than I could ever dream of, and we picked up a new person being taught from it! During this event, we heard heartbreaking news... One of the amazing individuals we are working with named D'Angelo, who we had put on baptismal date merely 2 days before, informed us that he is moving to Texas this week. Dang, that hurt! We had started teaching him and his family back when Elder Laurie was here, and we had become good pals. But I mean you live and you learn, sometimes that's just the way the cookie crumbles. We went over to their house on Saturday to have a last lesson with him, and his sister was there and she expressed interest to us! We started teaching her and during the first lesson we put her on baptismal date as well! What a miracle from God. This week has been good, had its ups and downs as always, but has been good. Let's put the cherry on top here with a classic joke. What do you call an ocean of noodles? Apostasy!
