Hello everyone! Back with another weekly. This week has been pretty crazy! Dropped elder curtis off in Gallup on Tuesday to head to Cortez, and I picked up my new companion Elder Laurie! He is fantastic let me tell ya, my first foreign companion, from Canada, and my first companion that was a professional chef before coming on a mission! Yes, I will be eating well these next 5 weeks. He is a lot of fun and a super hard worker, we are gonna have a great transfer and well get a lot of good things done. And who knows maybe I'll be with him for more than 1! Right now I'm sticking at 5 companions for the first 5 transfers haha I promise I'm not problematic. But it's been great. Last Monday we were able to go to canyon de chelly by Chinle and check out some ancient native American ruins which were neat. Also this week we have been able to find a lot of service to do! Chopped lots of wood and shoveled dirt driveways and this next week we will be painting a house! We are hoping to be able to also set up a meeting with president Nez to see how we can best help the Navajo nation locally and nationally. Things have been going great here, we got 3 more people on date which seem to be solid, but the other one we have on date will need to be pushed back sadly. But things are on the up and up here! Time really does fly. Here is my joke of the week. what does a spy wear on his feet? Sneakers!

Love Elder Weaver
