Because of the death of Cameron's Grandpa Cook, Cameron was able to call and talk to his mom, Carrie, who was out in Utah, his Grandma Cook, and his dad. It was a special experience to have that time to talk to him.
He told us that as far as the missionary work goes that it has been interesting that he has baptized more Venezuelans than Ecuadorians. With all the unrest going on in Venezuela (no food, government killing its people), the people are fleeing to surrounding countries. They are teaching professors and their families and doctors, etc. from Venezuela. He is loving the work!
