Hey Everyone,
Sorry I have not been able to write you guys. Lots of things have been happening. I have been asked to do several things these last weeks and I have not been able to write. Thank you for your patience.
These past two weeks have flown by. I had been traveling with our mission President to visit multiple zones. I was able to talk a lot with President about the mission and several of President´s experiences. I was able to learn a lot while I was with him. Also during this past week I had another Ingrown toenail. They extracted the nail completely. It was very painful. They put at least 16-20 injecctiones of anestia in my toe. I have been using crutches for the past week to walk. I also was able to go to the hospital and get therapy for the muscles in my back. Now my back is not hurting as much as it did before.
I have really put a serious focus on helping my companion learn English. We both are striving to learn the languages that the Lord desires for us to learn. My Spanish accent has improved as well as my vocabulary.
I am also working on Charity. It is something that is hard for every man to develop. I have to sacrifice my comfort zone to help others feel my love. I have to sacrifice my pride so that I can serve others. I have to sacrifice my selfishness to give what I have. As I am doing this constantly I begin to become a different person. One that has the attributes of our Lord Jesus Christ. As I have these experience my testimony grow. I know that Christ is my Savior. I know that we have a Father in Heaven who eagerly waits our return to his presence. I know that we have the perfect plan to return back to the Father. I know that God uses us as instruments to carry out his plan. I know he is all powerful and through him we can do all things that he sees fit to carry out. I love this work. I love repentance. I love this Gospel and the opportunities I have had, have, and will have to bless the lives of others.
