"Is that the Sun?"-me this morning

So first things first: Maria is the name of my old boss at McDonalds so this storm had some sentimental value for me.

So this last week Elder Johnson and I tore it UP. We set a bunch of transfer goals: one of them being to give out 100 Books of Mormon. In the first 7 days we gave out 27. We are truly opening our mouths and talking with everyone! Nobody gets past us!!!

This last week being a trainer I needed to step out of my comfort zone which I'll admit is hard to do.

But I feel like my prayers have been answered, when I speak to people in French it's a testimony builder to me every time I say something. God is a loving God and He is a God of Miracles.

Nothing but Divine help could have gotten me to where I am today. To quote Alma 26:12

12 Yea, I know that I am nothing; as to my strength I am weak; therefore I will not boast of myself, but I will boast of my God, for in his strength I can do all things; yea, behold, many mighty miracles we have wrought in this land, for which we will praise his name forever.

I have such a testimony of this Work!!

In other news with the storms we were inside for the last 2 days but what felt like 28 years.

All is well and were all safe but the storm was honestly pretty scary. So much wind! It reminded me of the Movie Forrest Gump when he's describing all the different kinds of rain... He was right. There really is a thing such as Sideways Rain! haha

Thank you everyone for your emails. I love you all and have a great week!!!!

Love, Elder Casady
