I don't have much to write this week. It was a normal week of missionary work. We are working on finding people's "icebergs"; The things that are holding them back from progressing that we can't see. ( you can only see about 1/4th of the Iceberg)
To do this were are asking different questions and trying to get our investigators and inactives to open up. We need to explain things so that a child could understand.
We walked a lot this week looking for less active or inavctives. The list is huge but we are narrowing things down. Thursday, we walked to an address that didn't exist. This happens at times but this time it was really annoying because it was literally at the END of the city! Ha!
-Our investigators seem to be progressing but just not going to church. We are going to be blunt with them so they realize the importance.
This week we gave a lot of blessings. It's always a good spiritual experience giving a blessing. The Priesthood is Awesome! :) What else...We clapped doors in the richest part of the city one night and we weren't received, for the most part, but a few people accepted us. Really the week was normal and just full of hard work.
I would encourage you all to strive to strengthen your testimony's. If you have doubts about anything, first go to Heavenly Father, then family or missionaries or church leaders. Don't go looking for answers in the wrong places. :)
Love you all and here's a good scripture for this week:
Alma 5:14 - Ask yourself!
14 And now behold, I ask of you, my brethren of the church, have ye spiritually been born of God? Have ye received his image in your countenances? Have ye experienced this mighty change in your hearts?
