Shake, Bake, Earthquake 🍪⛰

ALOHA BRUDDAHS AND C-STERS

On Tuesday night apparently there was a 5.5 earthquake. It happend around 2 in the morning and I slept right through it 😂 I woke up with a bunch of texts asking if we were all ok. I wouldnt have known about the earthquake until someone told me. A lot of people told me the earthquake woke them all up and in Pidgen they said "That earthquake was mean brah" moral of the story were all safe and it wasnt crazy enough to wake me and Elder Lecorte up, or we're just deep sleepers.😯

On Saturday we whipped up a couple dozen cookies for some members in our ward. The cookies werent the best looking or the best tasting but it's all about the thought :) the Humidity is unreal here and the cookie dough was super gooey but we just sent it and through it in the oven. It's not like utah where you can just leave them out let them harden. They honeslty stay the same when you take them out. We asked a couple members what to do when were in that situation and they said add more flower. Duh right?

One Member family we gave some cookies to had a rough day that we had no idea about. What seems small can make a huge impact on someone's life.

In Mosiah 2:17 it says "when ye are in the service of your fellow beings ye are only in the service of your God."

I have a challenge for yall. Find someone to serve this week. It can be as small as opening the door for someone or sitting by someone at lunch. You never know what someone is going through! But I prosmise if we serve others and forget about ourselves we will become happier people.
