What's going on everyone?
Just a quick email this week. it was a great week! We taught this one joven named Sharon and she is super awesome. The second visit, she said that she received an answer that Joseph Smith was a prophet and I was like whoa! I've gotten used to the usual, "No not yet, or no I forgot, or no I was working." But this time, was different. It was awesome to hear her say that.
I had a slight head injury last night. I was doing switch grip pull ups where you change grips in mid air. Well, you know me. I was knocking them out haha, but since our pull up bar is homemade, it doesn't stay still. So, in mid air it swung and I couldn't reach it and then I fell. My sandals don't have grip, so I just hit the ground hard. It broke through the skin and you could see the skull a little bit, but my skull didn't crack, so that's good. I feel fine today. Not the smartest thing I've ever done haha. (blood stained t shirt pic below)
I hope you all have a Merry Christmas. I've really learned what the true meaning of Christmas is all about. My Christmas is definitely a lot different this year, but I haven't even noticed really. I've just been really trying to focus on how I can help the people here in Peru. So, this Christmas, do something nice for someone else and I promise you'll see the blessings.
