Hey everyone!
These last few weeks I've been pondering a lot about the song Humble and Kind by Tim McGraw, Elder Jefferies played it on his phone a while back and I haven't been able to get it out of my head since. It is 100% one of my all time favorite songs and if you haven't heard it I would highly recommend that you look it up and listen to it right now. One specific line that hasn't really stood out to me until now is "when you get where your going don't forget turn back around, and help the next one in line." Although I haven't really gotten anywhere close to where I'm headed, wherever that is, I feel a great deal of empathy for those who are going through the first few months of being a missionary and might be struggling. I would like to invite all of you who are reading this to not only pray for all the missionaries in the world but also specifically for the ones who are struggling. They need your prayers.

So we have been teaching our friend Luke for the past few months and he has been progressing really well. He says that he knows the church to be true and wants to baptised and hold the priesthood. I'm super excited for him.

My last few weeks in Cannock have been great! We put our friend Luke on a baptism date for March 14th and he's super excited! Although I'll most likely be out of Cannock by that time and probably won't be able to go to his baptism, I'm super excited for him and the changes he is making in his life to follow the Savior.

Thinking that this could be my last week in Cannock is quite painful. I've come to love this place so much and I know that I'll never get this time living here back after its finished. It'll forever be a memory after I move areas.

So this last week, Elder Jefferies and I were in charge of putting on the ward youth activity. We decided to base it on the story of The Tree of Life in the Book of Mormon(1 Nephi 8). What we did was make a super long and winding path with some string around the whole chapel, representing the iron rod, tied the end of it to a fake tree in one of the chapel rooms that we had decked out with a load of sweets, and put a whole bunch of obstacles along the path to the tree. When youth started we had a bunch of blindfolds that they all had to put on and then we instructed them to hold onto the string and try and get to the end where the tree and sweets were. When they set out we, along with bishop and the other youth leaders had to try and talk them into letting go of the string. Overall, it was super fun and I'm glad the youth enjoyed it.

Quick note: I am currently typing this out while laying on a couch half my size that I slept on all night. We're on exchanges with the zone leaders and I've come to accept that good sleep is hard to come by on exchanges. If a bad nights sleep means anything though it means a good nights sleep the next night. So heck yeah, I got that to look forward too.

Just found out that I will be leaving Cannock...
I'm crushed. I love this place so much and am so sad to leave. I love the people here so much and am going to miss them. I am being moved to Pontypridd, Wales! I'm super excited and nervous. Hopefully I'll adjust fast and love it even more than this place.

I hope you are all doing well!
