This has been a crazy but awesome! We had emergency changes and I have a new companion. His name is Elder Farley from Corona California! Crazy! Ya but he is super dope! We have already had a lot of success together. I’ll be honest its kind of nice to be able to speak in English with my companion again. 😂 Anyways but something that was awesome as far as food goes is that this week we drank from coconuts and we ate an ARMADILLO! What the heck! How many people can say that theyve eaten an armadillo in their life? Not many so ya that was sick! Anyways we have set a baptisimal date for the 7th of December and we are hoping to set another for the 7th this week. So the work is going great and we are feeling pumped!
I wanted to talk a little bit about the miracles of the mission. Do you guys remember Miguel Ochoa from my last area? He got baptized last week! And he invited me to be there so I had the opportunity to return to my old area and attend the baptism. This technically didn't count as my baptism but it felt like it! It felt so good to finally see some of the fruits of my labors. He was so happy and grateful that I was there and he started crying when I gave him a hug and he just thanked me for all that I did to help him get baptized. I felt so grateful to have the help of the spirit in the mission work because He is the real teacher. Miguel is doing awesome and is now faithfully attending church with his family.
The mission is something that I can not describe and I am enjoying every second of it! I know that this is the kingdom of God on the earth today. I love you guys tons!
