Whosoever shall put their trust in God shall be supported in their trials, and their troubles, and their afflictions, and shall be lifted up at the last day.
Alma 36:3

Dear family,

This week wasn't bad. I don't have a lot to report on, so this email may be kind of short.

We started off with exchanges. I went with Elder Myer in Lapeer. We mostly just went finding--it's not my favorite activity, but it has to be done. I was super tired after, cause I'm used to driving around for most of the day. But it was good.

Robert officially got started on family history this week, so that's cool! It turns out that President Cleveland is OK with us helping our converts find names to take to the temple for baptisms (President Gerber wasn't). So we are hoping to help him find
a name soon and get him to the temple as soon as possible.

We also were able to start those member teaching visits. We only had a couple, but they went pretty well. I could feel the spirit working through us, especially when we testified of the first vision and of Elder Andersen's promise. We are hoping to strengthen
the faith of the Blue Water Ward as we continue to visit the members.

Due to some scheduling conflicts, we weren't really able to meet with any of our investigators this week. But, they are doing well. We invited Akeiba to watch the Women's session of conference and showed her how to set it up. I think she watched it, we
aren't sure though.

Cindy came to church again! She is committed to coming every week and she wants to get baptized. We have an appointment with her this week. We are hoping to set a baptismal date with her for sometime next month.

Well, that's about all I have for this week! I hope everyone has a good one! Remember to watch conference and write down your thoughts and impressions! I love you all!

Here's a photo of one of the vans I saw at the church! #Goutah
